                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER 
                   INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE 
                   DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO PAY THE CITY 
                   OF CHATTANOOGA THE COSTS OF RELOCATING SEWER 
                   LINES FOR THE JENKINS ROAD CONNECTOR IN THE 
                   VICINITY OF I-75.

       	    	 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 
       THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the 
       Department of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter 
       into an agreement with the Tennessee Department of Transportation 
       to pay to the City of Chattanooga the costs of relocating sewer 
       lines for the Jenkins Road Connector in the vicinity of I-75, for 
       an estimated cost of $107,136.75.
